Deposits made from payment instruments belonging to another person will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
DuitNow and e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited instantly upon confirmation. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain network confirmations, which varies by asset.
5.3 Deposit Fees
i1m888 does not charge deposit fees on any supported Malaysian Ringgit payment method. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to network (gas) fees charged by the respective blockchain network, which are outside i1m888's control. i1m888 is not responsible for any fees levied by a User's bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer.
Withdrawal requests on i1m888 are subject to KYC verification (see Section 4.3), active bonus wagering requirements (see Section 7), and standard internal compliance checks. i1m888 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud indicators are present.
6.1 Withdrawal Limits & Timelines

7.3 Promotion Expiry
